핸드폰만 집으려다 오른쪽 발 앞에 있는 서류 가방 속 어지럽게 섞여 있는 수학 기호들이 보인다. 주변을 돌아본다. 아무도 없다. 이 시각이라면 경비도 없을 터, 그저 호기심에 종이 뭉치를 꺼내본다. 손에 차가운 땀방울이 맺히기 시작한다. 문자와 기호들 사이에 지필고사라는 단어가 눈에 박힌다. 단지 호기심 때문이다. 다른 의도는 없다. 그냥 대충 보고만
